SHIPPING

How much does delivery cost?

We charge a flat-rate delivery fee of $8.95 within Australia for orders $60 or under. Delivery is FREE for orders over $60.

Where do you deliver?


We deliver Australia-wide (except PO boxes). At this stage, we do not offer international delivery.

When will my Fizz arrive?

Orders are generally dispatched within 24-48 hours and shipped from Sydney using Sendle or Australia Post. Most orders should arrive within 2-8 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a link to track your order once it has been dispatched.

Do you offer express shipping or same-day delivery?

At this stage we do not offer express shipping or same-day delivery. However, if your order is urgent, please get in touch with us at hello@fizzsherbet.com.au and we will see if we can do anything to help.

Are your products gluten-free / vegan / halal-friendly?

All of our Fizz fancy sherbet flavours are gluten-free, vegan and halal friendly. 

All of our Fizz cocktail rim garnishes are vegan-friendly.

Where is your sherbet made?

Our fancy sherbet is handmade in Sydney, NSW, using 100% Australian cane sugar.

How should I store my sherbet?

Fizz is best kept in a cool, dry place.

How long does the fancy sherbet last?

Our fancy sherbet and cocktail garnishes are made in small batches to ensure they are always fresh. They are packed in individual sealed bags/jars and will keep for several months if left unopened in a cool, dry place (if you can resist the urge :P). Fizz is best enjoyed soon after opening to get maximum flavour and fizziness.


ORDERS

Can I change my flavour selection after I place my order?

We do our best to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, however if you have made a mistake or want to change something, get in touch with us as soon as possible at hello@fizzsherbet.com.au and we'll see what we can do.

Do you do custom orders?

If you are wanting a custom order or have a fancy idea, please get in touch with us at hello@fizzsherbet.com.au and we'll see if we can help create some magic :)

Can I send a Fizz Pack as a gift? 

Of course you can! We can even write a message on a card for you for free, just let us know what you'd like to say in the 'personalised message' box on the product page.

Can I order a single bag or do I have to order a Fizz Pack?

Yes, you can order as many individual bags as you like! You can also add extra individual bags to our six-pack Fizz Pack. If you purchase fewer than three individual bags, your order will not be shipped in a box.

Do you offer returns/refunds?

We do not offer returns, refunds, credits or exchanges if you change your mind, decide you don't like the goods or have no use for them. In the unlikely event there is something wrong with your order, please get in touch with us straight away at hello@fizzsherbet.com.au and we'll get onto fixing it ASAP.
