Fizz Acai Sherbet Trifle

This fizzy spin on the classic trifle is not only delicious but can be whipped up in a few easy minutes!

In our fancy take on the humble trifle, we've swapped out the traditional custard for Acai puree and topped with our Fizz Acai Sherbet for a sweet, sour, fizzy twist on this ultimate comfort classic.

Plus it's got Acai in it which basically makes this a breakfast food.

What you'll need:

  • Fizz Acai Sherbet
  • Madeira cake, cut into cubes
  • Raspberry jelly, cut into cubes
  • Thickened cream
  • Acai puree
  • Fresh berries

Let's get started:

1. Whip the cream and swirl the Acai puree through. You can also ditch the cream and just use Acai.

2. Get layering! Cake, cream, jelly, cream, cake, cream, jelly, cream, fresh berries. Finally, top with Fizz Acai Sherbet.

3. Enjoy!
