We've reinvented one of Australia's favourite treats and created the first gourmet sherbet emporium dedicated to the sweet, sour, fizzy powdered goodness.
Fizz was born during the 2021 Sydney lockdown (there were a few!) by two sherbet-loving sour fiends.
